The usual blend of athletic achievements and mental illness.

So many things to love about my gym. One of my favourite things about it is that a trip to the gym is never, ever wasted. It is never a wasted trip out of the house. This is certainly not the case with dating, or many other activities. But the gym … even if there is not much of romantic interest wandering about (there was some tonight but not that much), one will still, at the very least, get a jolly good workout.

I did my full weight training thing, about 50 minutes, and then went to the pool and energetically swam 30 lengths, or 600m.

After the gym, when I came online, the Honcho was there and I begged him to have mercy on us both by unfriending me and blocking me, but I can’t tell if he did. I think he just went offline.

2 Health points.
