I really didn’t want to exercise today. I was not feeling it at all. I wanted to stay indoors and sit down.
I told myself I would just go and lift weights and then see. So I went to the gym and did that. Then had a protein shake because apparently I have turned into the kind of person who drinks protein shakes, God help me.
Then I already had sportswear on and it was sunny outside so I walked 10.5 miles until my legs ached.
On my return I met an acquaintance who I last saw probably about 10 or 12 days ago and he commented that I’ve lost weight. So that made it all worth it. That, and long walks are admittedly an enjoyable part of the day. 2 Health points.
